It's story started in 1980 when the future of vanaspati industry recieved a severe blow with the Govt. deciding against giving vanaspati licenses to private sector. Only nine projects were given the go-ahead signal in co-operative/joint sector.

 

Then six of these projects got into the basket of MECTECH, which in turn executed these projects with unheard of diligence and fastidiousness thereby amply substantiating the company's tremendous reputation and performance.

 

The pace is being consistently maintained, perhaps with more of commitment, to remain in the forefront of this technology.
